Updating the ICAHD UK Articles of Association

Dear friends and members,

In order to comply with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006, the updating of the ICAHD UK Articles of Association must be done by a Special Resolution. This means that we are unable to accept amendments to the circulated text either before, or during, the meeting and it will need to be voted on as it stands. In order to pass, a 75% majority of those present and voting will be required.
