Documentation and Arrangements for the ICAHD UK AGM To get through the agenda within the allocated time frame, it will be helpful to receive as many comments and questions as possible in advance of the AGM so that we can provide our response. Please note that the link you are sent to join the meeting will be unique to you and should not be shared. During the Meeting Full details of how the AGM will operate will be given at the beginning of the meeting. To avoid audio feedback, please ensure that your microphone is muted during the meeting unless you are invited to ask a question or make a comment. If you wish to ask a question during the AGM, please click on the 'Chat' button and type your question. The meeting Chair will be able to see this and invite you to ask your question. I am now writing to explain the process to register to attend our Annual General Meeting, explain how the AGM will work and to provide the documentation for the AGM. As in 2020, the AGM will be held virtually via Zoom – it will be necessary to register in advance as detailed later in this letter. Practical Arrangements Date and Time The ICAHD UK AGM will be held at 10.30am on Saturday 8th May 2021 and, due to the Coronavirus pandemic, will be held virtually over Zoom. The AGM and meeting on the proposed updates to the Articles of Association, which will immediately follow the AGM, will last for a maximum of one hour. Jeff Halper will then join us for discussion and an update on the other ICAHD Chapters will be given. We aim to end the Zoom by 12.30pm. We will then get back to you as quickly as possible to confirm your registration and send a link which you should click a few minutes before the AGM starts to gain access to the meeting.
