ICAHD Fundraising Evening: An invitation from Jeff & Linda

You will enjoy an exciting programme of comedians, activist playwrights, musicians, poets and dancers from Palestine and the UK presenting short and dynamic contributions.

We will be previewing a clip from acclaimed filmmaker Bruno Sorrentino’s latest documentary referencing ICAHD.

There will also be a mini auction hosted by ICAHD patron Clare Short and our compere for the evening will be Norma Cohen (actor and writer).

ICAHD, established in 1997, has gained international recognition as a critical, anti-Zionist Israeli organisation which opposes Israel’s settler colonial agenda & apartheid policies. Its focus for mobilization is Israel’s demolition of Palestinian homes carried out to continue the ethnic cleansing of the indigenous Palestinian population from its homeland. ICAHD supporters have resisted demolitions, rebuilt homes (189) & hosted international rebuilding camps. It provides a wide range of educational resources & runs alternative tour programmes - half-day & extended study tour.

ICAHD UK engages in education and awareness-raising, runs campaigns and lobbies in parliament. Because it is political, it is not able to access funding from charitable foundations.

Funds raised from our online event will go towards:
* Highlighting Palestinian families and areas threatened with imminent demolition and displacement
* Challenging JCB bulldozers used to demolish Palestinian homes and NSPCC knowingly accepting JCB’s tarnished money
