In accordance with the ICAHD UK Articles of Association, items for inclusion under ‘Any Other Business’ must be submitted to the ICAHD UK Administrator by email or post (to the addresses above) to arrive by Wednesday 23th April. No items may be accepted for discussion on the day. Please note that the link you are sent to join the meeting will be unique to you and should not be shared. During the Meeting Full details of how the AGM will operate will be given at the beginning of the meeting. The minutes of the AGM will be distributed as usual following the first meeting of the new Executive Committee on Tuesday 10^th June 2025. We regret that there has been a delay in the preparation of the Statutory Accounts and the Detailed Profit and Loss Accounts. All paid-up members of ICAHD UK are eligible to attend. As in 2024, the AGM will be held virtually via Zoom – it will be necessary to register in advance as detailed later in this letter. Practical Arrangements The ICAHD UK AGM will be held from 10.00 – 11.00 am on Saturday 26th April 2025. Following the AGM there will be an update, and time for questions, from ICAHD Director Jeff Halper; from Claus Walischewski and Doris Flack of ICAHD Germany, who will describe the work of ICAHD in Germany; and from ICAHD UK's Director, Linda Ramsden, on the recent ICAHD-recommended extended study tour to Palestine/Israel. This section will finish at 12 noon.
