In accordance with the ICAHD UK Articles of Association, items for inclusion under ‘Any Other Business’ must be submitted to the ICAHD UK Administrator by email or post (to the addresses above) to arrive by Wednesday 17^th May. No items may be accepted for discussion on the day. Please note that the link you are sent to join the meeting will be unique to you and should not be shared. During the Meeting Full details of how the AGM will operate will be given at the beginning of the meeting. To avoid audio feedback, please ensure that your microphone is muted during the meeting unless you are invited to ask a question or make a comment. The minutes of the AGM will be distributed as usual following the first meeting of the new Executive Committee in mid-June 2023. Please note that the ICAHD UK Conference will be held on Saturday, 30^th September, moved to the autumn because of the King’s Coronation set on our original date of 6^th May. Here follows information to explain the process for registration to attend our Annual General Meeting, an explanation of how the AGM will work and to provide the documentation for the AGM. As in 2022, the AGM will be held virtually via Zoom – it will be necessary to register in advance as detailed later in this letter. Practical Arrangements The ICAHD UK AGM will be held from 10.30 – 11.15 am on Saturday 20^th May 2022. Following the AGM we will provide an update about the situation on the ground in Palestine/Israel by Jeff Halper, speaking from Jerusalem, and Awad Abdelfattah, from Kawkab in the north of the Galilee. They will be with us until 12.15 so don’t miss your opportunity to engage with them.
