ICAHD UK - Nominations for the Executive Committee

Call for Nominations for the Executive Committee 2019-2020 Dear member,

We are now approaching our Annual General Meeting, which will be held at Amnesty International UK before our Annual Conference on Saturday 11 May. We will be distributing the paperwork for the AGM in about a months time but prior to this we need to ask for nominations for the Executive Committee for 2019/2020.

Any member of ICAHD UK may stand for election to the Executive Committtee and all nominations must be received by 8 April with a brief biography of up to 250 words of all candidates being distributed as part of the AGM paperwork on 11 April.

The Executive Committee meet in London 4-5 times a year and, subject to the approval of the ICAHD UK membership at the AGM, will be elected to serve for a period of three years. The requirements for the membership of the Executive Committee are detailed here .

Those who wish to stand need to the proposed and seconded by two other members of ICAHD UK and will need to provide a short biography (one or two paragraphs). Nominations, including the names of proposer and seconder, the short biography and a statement that the nominee is willing to stand, should be emailed toinfo@icahduk.org or sent by post to ICAHD UK, BM ICAHD UK, London WC1N 3XX.
