As in 2025, the AGM will be held virtually via Zoom – it will be necessary to register in advance as detailed later in this letter.
To get through the agenda within the allocated time frame, it will be helpful to receive as many comments and questions as possible in advance of the AGM. Please send your comments and questions to info@icahduk.org or by post to ICAHD UK, BM ICAHD UK, London WC1N 3XX to arrive by Wednesday 15rd April 2026.
Practical Arrangements
The ICAHD UK AGM will be held from 10.00 – 10.30 am on Saturday 18th April 2026.
In accordance with the ICAHD UK Articles of Association, items for inclusion under ‘Any Other Business’ must be submitted to the ICAHD UK Administrator by email or post (to the addresses above) to arrive by Wednesday 15th April. No items may be accepted for discussion on the day.
Following the AGM there will be an update, and time for questions, from our guest speakers.
Please note that the link you are sent to join the meeting will be unique to you and should not be shared.
During the Meeting
Full details of how the AGM will operate will be given at the beginning of the meeting.
To avoid audio feedback, please ensure that your microphone is muted during the meeting unless you are invited to ask a question or make a comment.
If you wish to ask a question during the AGM, please click on the 'Chat' button and type your question. The meeting Chair will be able to see this and invite you to ask your question. The voting procedure will be explained at the beginning of the meeting.
The minutes of the AGM will be distributed as usual following the first meeting of the new Executive Committee on Tuesday 10th June 2025.
We regret that there has been a delay in the preparation of the Statutory Accounts and the Detailed Profit and Loss Accounts. These will be forwarded in a separate mailing as soon as they are available.
Please note that there have been no new nominations for election to the Executive Committee.

After a short business meeting where Linda will share news about our latest developments, there will be an opportunity to hear from Hamed Qawasmeh, the Director of the Hebron International Resources Network (HIRN) and Jeff Halper. Hamed will provide an update on the perilous situation in the West Bank and Jeff will speak about the official launch of the Sumud Project
