During the Meeting Full details of how the AGM will operate will be given at the beginning of the meeting.
To avoid audio feedback, please ensure that your microphone is muted during the meeting unless you are invited to ask a question or make a comment.
If you wish to ask a question during the AGM, please click on the 'Chat' button and type your question. The meeting Chair will be able to see this and invite you to ask your question. The voting procedure will be explained at the beginning of the meeting.

Dear member, ICAHD UK Annual General Meeting - 23rd April 2022 at 11.00am (UK time) It is my pleasure to write to you as preparations are being made for our forthcoming ICAHD UK AGM. Here follows information to explain the process for registration to attend our Annual General Meeting, an explanation of how the AGM will work and to provide the documentation for the AGM. As in 2021, the AGM will be held virtually via Zoom – it will be necessary to register in advance as detailed later in this letter.
Practical Arrangements
The ICAHD UK AGM will be held at 11.00am on Saturday 23th April 2022 and, due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, will be held virtually over Zoom. The AGM will last for a maximum of one hour and will be followed, after an hour break, by the ICAHD UK Conference, again over Zoom, from 1.00pm.
Registration
To register to participate in the AGM please click on this link (https://us02web.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZcpdeirrDosE9XU5usA3Tadvxfhor2mcIaf) and complete the short form with your name and email address before Saturday 16th April. We will then get back to you as quickly as possible to confirm your registration and send a link which you should click a few minutes before the AGM starts to gain access to the meeting. If you do not have Zoom on your Computer, this will automatically be installed when you click the link to the meeting. The process may take a few minutes.
