ICAHD UK preparation material for AGM and EGM

This email contains important documents regarding our upcoming AGM and EGM... - Some of YOU at our conference last year.

We write now to send on the official documents for review ahead of ICAHD UK’s AGM and EGM on Saturday, 28th May, 10am – 11.30pm, which will be followed by our annual conference (downloadable flyer attached here). If you haven't yet booked your ticket but would like to join us, please fill in the booking form here and we'll make sure to squeeze you in.

1. ICAHD UK's Achievements for 2015

Please note we plan for the AGM to be shorter than usual in order to allow space for our EGM. The EGM is purely for conveying information and providing an opportunity to receive feedback from our members. No formal decisions will be made but if necessary another EGM will be called.

This consultation will be crucial in deciding how we prepare and best resource ourselves for the future. We believe there is urgent need for ICAHD UK to step up its campaign against demolitions and displacements (as highlighted in our recent newsletters ), and we hope you will stand alongside us.

We hope you will appreciate reading our Achievements (#achievements) for the last year (#achievements) and celebrating these successes (though small in the grand scheme of an apartheid Occupation) that we intend to build on for the coming year. The strength of your commitment and support, in varied ways, as you will see - from hosting events; giving presentations; joining protests; volunteering; fundraising; one-off donations; and regular giving - has enabled this progress, and we are hugely grateful.
