ICAHD UK Annual General Meeting – Saturday 26 April 2025 Election to the Executive Committee
I am writing to inform you that the ICAHD UK Annual General Meeting will take place via Zoom at 10.00am (UK time) on Saturday 26 April 2025. Full details of how the AGM will operate and all documentation will be distributed in early April.
We are also writing to invite members who wish to offer themselves for election to join the Executive Committee for a three-year term. The Executive Committee meets six times a year: once or twice in London with the remaining meetings held over Zoom.
If you wish to stand for election you are requested to complete a questionnaire . In addition, candidates are requested to provide the names of two ICAHD UK members willing to nominate them.
Nominees are also asked to provide a short biography of up to 250 words including a statement of what they will personally bring to the Executive. The biography and the names of two members who endorse the nomination will then be distributed to members ahead of the AGM. During the AGM, nominees will be asked to speak and a vote on all those standing for election will be taken.
Those wishing to stand for election to the Executive Committee should provide their name and the contact details of their two referees by email to the ICAHD UK Administrator at info@icahduk.org or send a letter posted to ICAHD UK, BM ICAHD UK, London WC1N 3XX, to arrive not later than Saturday 22 March.
